New Details on an old Asteroid
The Rosetta Spacecraft just completed a close approach to the asteroid Steins 2867. Emily has a great picture showing how Steins' shape and size compared to other asteroids and comets we've visited and imaged. To me, the comparison of the number of objects on the image (13) compared to even the naming order number assigned to Steins (2867) says we need to learn a lot more about these objects.
